This side event will explore how leading organizations are transforming food systems to ensure that by 2050, everyone has access to affordable, nutritious, and sustainable food. Speakers will include representatives from Forética, the World Benchmarking Alliance, Danone, the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, and the Ambition Loop initiative. Together, they will showcase how collaboration, innovation, and aligned public-private ambition are driving tangible rogress in reducing emissions, protecting nature, and shaping a more resilient and equitable food system. The discussion will also examine how these efforts can enhance the food sector’s competitiveness and attractiveness for businesses and workers, while meeting evolving consumer expectations and advancing climate goals through lower greenhouse gas emissions and more resilient value chains.
