The Ibero-American Network of Climate Change Offices (RIOCC) is a cooperation and learning tool that brings together the national offices of the 22 countries of the Ibero-American Community of Nations, with the aim of maintaining a fluid and permanent dialogue to better understand the priorities, challenges, and experiences of Ibero-American countries regarding climate change. Since its creation more than 20 years ago, RIOCC has become a space for exchanging experiences and an opportunity to identify synergies, strengths, and priorities from a perspective of regional cooperation and mutual support among countries.

To celebrate RIOCC’s 21st anniversary, the event will review some of the network’s milestones, consider the challenges facing the region, and reflect on the opportunities offered by Ibero-American cooperation on climate action.
